Ophelia Nichols Bio
Ophelia Nichols as known as “Shoelover99” is known for many things. With a huge following with 5 million followers, she continues to outshine so many but she is more than just your typical influencer or creator. She is a wife to her husband Derick Nichols of almost 16 years and a mother to her 4 children ages 24,21,19 & 18. She is as southern as they come, being born and raised in Mobile Alabama right there on the river. Life wasn’t always easy for her growing up. Her father passed when she was just 13 & leaving home at just 16. She continued on with her life, by raising children until she felt it was time to get back into the work field. Starting her career in furniture sales for 15 years, she found that connecting with people was her greatest gift. She has never met a stranger. During the pandemic like many others, she joined titkok and quickly found the need for love that should be spread world wide. Despite all the struggles early life had given her, it didn’t stop her from choosing to be better, not bitter. She uses her platforms daily to share stories, give hope and touch the lives of so many that simply just need a friend, a listening ear or even a mother figure in their life. She is authentic, truthful and continues to build an honest relationship with the community she has created. She calls it her “safe place”. Her account has now grown to 5 million followers and counting within a year and a half. She refers to her followers as her “Tatertots” which she says is a term of endearment. Although she is no longer in furniture sales she is now focused on giving as much time, love and kindness to anyone who comes her way and finds a spot in her “ safe place” on social media. She loves making people smile, laugh and most importantly to feel welcome. With her social media platforms, you will see stories of life, comedy, product reviews and so many more ways to feel connected to her. She is a huge shoe collector, Hence the name shoelover99 and will drop anything to take the boat out on the water and go fishing. She’s a southern girl forever. She was just featured on Jay Lenos new show “you bet your life” for Episode #108 and just featured in a music video for “Fist if five” in January 2022.
