Recent research demonstrates that 21st century business women who soar professionally understand, adapt, manage, innovate and push boundaries within their high-velocity, highly-competitive world. In this session, we’ll explore the 8 Courageous Leadership factors which support the resilience and sustained success of 21st century business women. Participants will have the opportunity to find their Courage Quotient (CQ) and inventory their strengths in each of these factors.
Dr. Lynne Key Bio
Dr. Lynne Key is the US Field Training and Development Leader for Nielsen. Lynne is a learning and talent development professional with more than 25 years of experience collaborating with senior leaders to translate key organizational initiatives from concept to reality through talent development. Lynne has designed and developed learning initiatives for dozens of organizations including Citibank, MGM Grand Hotels, Motorola, Nike, Progressive Insurance, Victoria’s Secret and the 2002 Olympic Committee. Lynne earned her Ph.D. in adult learning development with an emphasis in research and measurement from the University of South Florida. Her B.A. (journalism/public relations) is from Western Kentucky University, and her M.A. (adult education/instructional design) is from University of South Florida.
