Jazz Jambalaya: "Swing...Swingin'"

From the 1920’s through the 1940’s hundreds of songs were written by the likes of Cole Porter, the Gershwins, Jerome Kern, Harold Arlen, Rodgers and Hart, among others that became the standard of American songwriting. A canon of compositions referred to now as the American Songbook. ‘Swing’, Gabby Merz (vocals), Danny Mollise (guitar), Scott Jolly (piano), Bill Gardner (bass) and Chris Kern (drums) will add its voice to this rich tradition at MOJO’s October’ Jazz Jambalaya.

Admission includes a light jambalaya dinner, beverage bar, door prizes and more. $10-$15 admission at door.
