Presented by Dr. Doretha Walker / Program Director at South University College of Business
Session Two, 2:30PM – 3:30PM, Oct 4, 2019
Be radical. Make the decision to cultivate, embrace, practice, and protect the elements of your joy. If you don’t you risk having your life dominated by things that drain you of energy, desire, and fun. We all deserve lives that are uncompromisingly joyous. This is not your ordinary workshop. There will be no PowerPoint slide show. There will be no lecture. There will be music, bubbles, and a few other surprises. Come prepared to kick off your shoes, sit on the floor, roll up your sleeves, and get to the serious work to map your way to grabbing joy without comprise. “I define joy as a sustained sense of well-being and internal peace – a connection to what matters.” – Oprah Winfrey
