Leslie Lash

Leslie Lash is the senior vice president, director of marketing for The American Equity Underwriters, Inc., a Mobile-based provider of workers’ compensation insurance to waterfront employers. Since graduating cum laude in 2005 from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where she earned a bachelors degree in marketing, she has used her experience in strategic marketing, communications, advertising and brand management to build high-performing teams and impactful marketing campaigns. Leslie served on the board of directors for the Insurance Marketing Communications Association from 2015-2019. In 2016, Leslie moved to Fairhope from her hometown of Charlotte, North Carolina. She is an active volunteer with the Baldwin County Humane Society and the Animal Rescue Foundation of Mobile, and serves as fundraising chair for the Focus Women’s Conference. She was named to Mobile Bay Magazine’s 40 Under 40 for 2019.
